The "Creative Cooking" cookbook is now available for purchase. The Holyoke Creative Arts Center is pleased to announce the arrival of its first cookbook, "Creative Cooking." The Friends of the Center is sponsoring this fund raiser and would like to make this book available to the community. Local favorite recipes are time tested and have been passed down from generation to generation. These best recipes have been gathered from our local communities by folks who have shared their secrets with us. Also included are award winning recipes from Holyoke's Yankee Pedlar Inn, O'Meara's Restaurant, the Delaney House, Ronnie's Restaurant, the Log Cabin, and others. This hard bound edition also includes Helpful Hints for preparing foods, recipe terms, substitutions, time savers, etc. Order for the cookbook can be placed with the Holyoke Creative Arts Center at 413/532-0465.
