Upholstery Class


Don't throw away that favorite worn-out, threadbare chair. Reupholster it at a fraction of the cost of a new chair. Chairs must be sturdy and of good structure and not taken apart prior to first class. Learn to replace webbing and padding, tie springs, make buttons, welt cord, cover in muslin and then final material to produce a quality made chair. Items to be upholstered also include dining room chairs, trunks, headboards, footstools, cornices, screens, etc. A list of required tools for class will be mailed after registra- tion; bring tools to the first class.
