Business Sponsor Program: We would like to welcome businesses in our community to become sponsors and help support our scholarships and other programs. If you are a business owner or know of business owners we might contact, let us know. We have a great package of sponsor benefits to offer you!

Wish List - Computers: HCAC recently set up a computer lab to teach computer-related classes such as Using a PC and Windows, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Internet and Email, and other computer topics, such as Hardware Maintenance, Digital Photography, Web Design and Computer Graphics. We still need some PC equipment. If you know a business, agency or institution that is upgrading its computers and may have one or more computers to donate (Minimum requirements: Windows XP PCs, PIII 800+ MHz, 128+ Meg RAM, 17" Monitor, or better), we can offer a good home and a tax write-off, too!

Wintry Weather & School Closings: If the weather looks bad or iffy, be sure to check the radio (WHYN-FM 93.1) or TV (Channel 40 or 22) for notices on full or partial Center closings before you go out. HCAC will schedule make-ups or offer refunds on any classes we cancel.




  1. Holyoke Community Development Scholarships available for low income individuals - must reside in Holyoke.
  2. Scholarship Fund has been established in memory of Shirley Burke, instructor of Watercolors. Interested applicants may apply, applications available in office.
  3. Saturday morning classes offered. Check for further details.
  4. The Center is on the PVTA Bus Line - Purple #20. Check for details.
  5. Open Studio Time - Tables & Space, when available, can be rented by students.

REFUND POLICY
Five (5) business days or more before the first scheduled class - 100% refund minus $10.00
For all classes cancelled by Holyoke Creative Arts Center - 100% refund
After the start of class - NO REFUND

SNOW DAY POLICY
Cancellation due to inclement weather to be broadcasted on Channel 22, 40, WHYN/AM560, and WNNZ/AM 640.
