Please complete the below registration form to enroll in one of our upcoming classes. Please note, submitting this form does not guarantee you a spot in the class. We will verify your enrollment via email.

Holyoke Creative Arts Center has a limited number of spaces for all classes. This registration form will not guarentee a space in the class. We will contact you with a confirmation that you have been enrolled in the selected class(es).

Once enrolled in class, you will be responsible to bring tuition payment in the form of Cash or Check to the first class.
